What should I bring to my first visit?
New patient forms are automatically sent to you by email or text before your visit, so there is no paperwork to hunt down. Just bring a valid photo ID, any insurance cards, and every question you want answered.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee — but life happens; call us and we’ll work it out.
What if I have a dental emergency?
Call our office right away. For a serious or life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
