From the fleet to your final restoration
Precision artistry, proven at sea and on land.
Dr. James Lish earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California in 2010, then completed advanced specialty training in prosthodontics at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, Maryland — refining his skills in restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. He has since dedicated more than 1,400 hours to advanced education across aesthetic and adhesive dentistry, ceramic veneers, implant surgery, and complex dental rehabilitation.
He served 13 years in the United States Navy, providing prosthodontic care to Sailors, Marines, and their families around the world — at sea and on land. Among his proudest achievements: advising the Navy Surgeon General on the integration of digital CAD/CAM, 3D printing, and guided implant surgery, helping modernize the Navy’s dental laboratories and clinical workflows across the fleet.
Today Dr. Lish brings that same dedication to Full Implant Choice — treating every patient like family, with solutions built around each person’s goals, comfort, and lifestyle. Outside the practice, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys watersports, surfing, and diving with his wife and family.
